Soi Kowboi

Soi Kowboi is a personal brand development passion project for Chef Blake Blaksberg and sou chef Fe Gasperi as they venture into the world with their irreverent bar fare and set up shop at their first brick and mortar inside Gold Point Bar in Denver Colorado. I created their entire branding from scratch, including a mascot, logotype, type system, social media design, physical menu design, supporting photography and much more.
